Housing applications of ferrocement in Cuba has developed from the first manually erected house in 1983 to several towns with all houses and social facilities built with ferrocement. The structures were made of industrially precast ferrocement elements. This paper presents the prefabrication technology use in the fabrication of ferrocement precast element. The construction process is also discussed together with the technical and economical analysis.
