Abstract
Community rooming house providers play a critical role in the provision of affordable housing in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Community rooming house providers provide accommodation for some of the most disadvantaged members of society and the quality of that accommodation has increased significantly which has lead to decrease in housing stress.
