Abstract
Currently, there are a large number of rural and urban buildings with fire risks and the rectification is extremely difficult to be done,as these buildings do not meet fire standards. This paper proposes a new problem-solving method and means through the introduction of the fire department of Guangdong which achieves the basic fire safety design and optimization of the most cost-effective based on use Performance-based fire-protection concepts and tools.
