Abstract

After 9/11, many felt that globalisation was a 'goner'. Martin Wolf explains why, six years on, the world economy is still going strong. The conditions and the economic aspects of globalisation are explained in this article. Productivity performances and the integration of the world economy is shown with the help of statistical information.
