Abstract

In the 12 months since the High Court's decision in Muldrockv The Queen overturned R v Way, the NSW Court of Criminal Appeal has considered the impact of Muidrock in a considerable number of decisions. The following article highlights three of the most significant influences on sentencing practice in NSW arising from the High Court's decision.
