Abstract
中药是我国具有传统优势的产业,如何利用现代专利制度保护和发展中药产业,国内外都处在探索阶段.国外的研究重点在中药提取物上,这在本质上是用西药的研究方法和思路来研究中药.我国中药企业应从中药的特点出发,依靠本国雄厚的中医知识资源,大力发展复方药物,并且尽量寻求专利保护.在复方专利申请的审查上,我国应建立起符合中药特点的审查标准并努力争取在世界范围形成主导.
