Abstract

Hong Kong is famous by “The Shopping Paradise”, however, it does not have “Consumer Protection Act” at present. In aspect of protecting consumers’ interests, Hong Kong is different from the Continent in Legislative structure、consumer rights 、agencies’ establishment and responsibilities, the ways to resolve consumer disputes and so on.
