The High Court's 2001 'term' is taken in account to refer to cases determined by the High Court during the 2001 calendar year. The 'High Court on Constitutional Law' is taken to refer to that subset of cases decided by the High Court in the application of legal principle identified by Court as being derived from the Australian Constitution.
