Abstract
With the development of information technology, the city information has been paid more and more attention. Based on the concept of digital city, information technology and network technology, the paper systematically investigated the standardization of city information system through analyzing and conforming the message resource of city, established the digital city architecture, and Data Integration framework based on Ontology and Metadata.
