Abstract

The mean initial residue of 3.16, 6.25, 9.35 and 12.01 mg kg−1 endosulfan in/on mustard leaves declined to 0.12, 0.20, 0.29 and 0.39 mg kg−1 after 16 d of fprayyng showinngearly y9% dissipation at the application rate of 0.02,0.05,0.07 and 0.1%, respectively. The waiting periods, were 1.24, 5.45, 7.28 and 8.62 d at the 4 levels of spraying and the half life was about 3 days. All the treatments except 0.02%, were found at par with each other regarding aphid mortallty either at 11 3, 7 or 10 d after spraying.
