Multiple Intra-Articular Ganglion Cysts of the Knee: A Case Report

Abstract

Intra-articular ganglion cyst of knee is rare. Most ganglion cysts of the knee are solitary. We report a patient with coexisting anterior cruciate ligament and lateral meniscus ganglion cysts in the same knee. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed the locations, sizes, and contents of the ganglion cysts well. Arthroscopic excision yielded satisfactory results, and no recurrence of the cysts was noted in clinical and radiographic follow-up for 3 years.
