Article of Image, caption reads GOSFORD DISTRICT HOSPITAL Applications are invited from·young ladies aged 17 to 30 years, for appointment as Trainee Nurses on the Staff of this Hospital. Education standard, Leaving Certificate, Intermediate Certificate or Nurses' Entrance Certificate. Preliminary Training School commences October 11, 1965. This Hospital will be increased by 65 beds, and applicants will be required to commence in October for training. Applications with copies of references close with Matron on August 18, 1965. N. R. Boyce, Chief Executive Officer.
