Abstract
According to Hayek’s theory about social order dualism, social order is divided into intrinsic order and extrinsic order, both of which have their rationality, however,Hayek tended to emphasize intrinsic order more. The sports industry in China is mainly governed by extrinsic order, and some spontaneous orders as well, one of the signs is default rules. The high degree of correlation between intrinsic order and sport requires that for implementing sports reform in China an intrinsic order must be established within the sports industry.
