Abstract
Gellotype environment interactions are of considerable importance to the plant breeders as they impose severe restrictions in realizing the expected genetic gain in a breeding programme. In forage sorghum, limited studies have been reported on stability aspects with respect to fodder yield (Dangi and Paroda, 1978; Sharma, 1979), while they are almost lacking for seed yield. However, the stability of grain yield is as important as fodder yield. Accordingly, an attempt has been made to study the genotype x environment interactions for grain yield in multicut forage sorghum
