Abstract
Thirty land races of pearl Millet (Pennisetum Americanum (L.) Leeke), each land races with two types of prgemcy vig., selfed progency and sibbed progency were studied at College of Agriculture, Rajendra Nagar during Kharif, 1979-80 to find out whether the sibbing method adopted by ICRISAT is useful of germplasm maintenance and to evaluated the land races for further utilization in the breeding programme.....
