Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine and define the role of manpower planning in IBAT library, Bhubaneswar, Orissa which is a medium sized deemed university library having electronic access to its material. The case study of this library focuses on its own strategic policy decisions, for human resource development and highlights the benefits of human resource planning through different measurement techniques.
