Abstract
The latest advances in formation evaluation, especially data acquisition while drilling, are improving the quality and increasing the quantity of formation data, while reducing costs and making operations more efficient. Some of those advances discussed here include: Wireline; MWD; Coring and analysis; and Wireline testing.
