Accumulation regularity of protein components in wheat cultivars with different varieties

Seven wheat cultivars with different varieties were used to analyze dynamic of protein components、GMP and total protein of wheat grain from filling stage to mature stage,and their relation between each other.The results were:(i)The fast accumulation for albumin and globulin appeared in early stage of grain filling,then descended little by little,generally reached a minmum in the middle and later filling stage,but slightly ascended at mature stage.There was no obvious diffrernce betweendifferent varieties.(ii)The glidian content of kernel of all varieties in mature stage less than filling stage,different HMW-GS composition has obvious effect on glidian 0content.(iii)The glutenin content of kernel rised gradually during the filling stage,its trend was the same as GMP.(iv)Most varieties GMP accumulation appeared a peak at mature,it kept by stable accumulation in relatively low-level before after anthesis 20 days.(v)The total protein content of wheat grain has a minimum during the filling stage,and higher both before and after the moment.
