Abstract
Studies were conducted during rabi season of 2001-2002 to assess the effect of planting geometries to fertilizer combinations on growth and yield of mustard (Brassica juncea) var. ‘varuna’. The results revealed that the increasing doses of fertilizers increased the growth, yield attributing and yield characters, the maximum seed and stover yield was recorded up to 100 : 45 : 25 kg of N2O, P2O5 and K2O. Regarding planting geometries the 50 × 15 cm showed the highest seed yield.
