Abstract
Plant community of Putang scenic resort was studied.In the 10 tree-quadrats,there are 143 species of vascular(including varieties),which belong to 101 genera and 62 families.Lindera glauca,Castanea seguinii,Celtis sinensis take up predominant positions,their importance value are 36.82,31.09,24.13,respectively,and plant community of Putang scenic resort has relatively high species indexes and relatively even distribution,their average Simpson indexes,Shannon-Winner indexes and Evenness are 15.07,3.16,0.82,respectively.Then,the relationship between species diversity and growth form was studied,and results show that the species richness order was that the shrub layerherb layertree layer.The species richness of shrub show close relationship with the total species richness of community;The Simpson index and Shannon-Winner index were the highest in the shrub layer,but were in irregular variance in the tree layer and herb layer.
