Abstract
It is the significant step for saccharification of bores powder cellulose from dendrocalamus to be used In the preparation of fuel ethanol.The results of orthogonal test and comparing test show that the condition of pH4.4,55 ℃,200 u/g of enzyme quantity in 20 hours is more suitable for bores powder cellulose hydrolysis with low rate still. The combination of acid or alkali and organic solvents for pretreatment can significantly improve the rate of saccharification of bores powder cellulose. Adding simultaniously compound enzyme for hemicellulose hydrolysis is enabling the majority of bores powder hemicellulose hydrolysis,and can promote the hydrolysis of cellulose.
