Abstract

Two Trichoderma viride isolates T2 and T4 were recorded 7–6.47 and 75.76 per cent inhibition of growth of Fusarium solani (TCP5) respectively and found to be effective. In pot culture experiment T9 [T6 (T. viride isolate T2 lOOg/kg of soil + T. viride isolate T4 lOOg/kg of soil + Neem cake lO0g/kg of soil + Chlorothalonil at 250ppm c 1lit/5kg of soil) was found to be superior than other treatments and recorded maximum seedling emergence of 90.34%, increased plant growth parameters and 81.1 per cent reduction of the disease.
