Abstract
An experiment was conducted at Agronomy Farm, College of Agriculture, Bikaner during rabi season 2010. Application of vermicompost up to 6 t/ha and 80 kg N+ 40 kg P2O5/ha significantly increased the number of branches/plant, number of siliqua/plant, number of seed/siliqua seed yield, straw yield, better nitrogen and phosphorus content, uptake in seed and stover, higher protein and oil contents.
