Abstract
In this paper, we develop a fourth order finite difference discretization strategy to solve anisotropic elliptic differential equation. We use multigrid V-cycle procedure to built multiscale multigrid method which is similar to the full multigrid method. Numerical results are given to illustrate the efficiency of this method.
