Abstract
The HD-DVC “DV’ [I] format has several features which have significant advantages for video editing systems, particularly when compared to other compressed digital video formats. The IEEE 1394-1995 High Performance Serial Bus [Z], which is used by the DV compliant video equipment, also brings many benefits to the video editing system. This paper describes a PC based nonlinear video editing system which takes advantage of this combination of features in a high performance, low cost implementation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
