The strategy of the universal educational actions in modern Russian educational system

In present paper main changes happening in Russian education are considered. It is noted that these changes are connected with dynamically changing world in which requires the in operation, but not the knowledge of facts. The changing world demands from education not only the IT-technologies using, but new comprehension of the education role and changes in training techniques. The education century becomes multiple in the XXI century. For that reason the idea of advancing education arose and this idea is realized now. The change to a new educational paradigm in our country is manifested in the statement of new State Educational Standards in which the new purposes and tasks were formulated. Promotion of the concept of formation of universal educational actions became the main requirement of modern Russian State Educational Standards. In the article the analysis of the concept of universal educational actions is carried out. The shortcomings existing in this concept at present are shown and the possible ways for amelioration of the educational system are offered. As a result of the analysis the author draws a conclusion that the offered model of the change to universal educational actions at high school allow one to solve many problems in Russian educational system and it will give the chance to create the close interrelation between all steps of educational system.
