The synthesis of a series of propynamide benzimidazolines derivatives by Michael addition of amino benzimidazoles on allenic acids in ethanol under reflux conditions is reported. The compounds were isolated in good yields and fully characterized by spectral and microanalytical data.Excellent antibacterial activity was recorded with values ranging from 62.5 μg/mL to 500 μg/mL.
