Abstract
A new species of Amblyseius abdono was collected from Muree and is illustrated and described in this research paper. The type was deposited in Acarology Research Laboratory, Department of Agricultural Entomology, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan during 2007. This new species has now raised the number of known species of this genus from Pakistan to 44.
