Abstract

The primordial thyroglossal duct can persist causing a thyroglossal cyst as a midline neck swelling. An infected thyroglossal cyst can get ruptured in the midline of neck forming a Thyroglossal Fistula. Repeated ruptures either spontaneous or iatrogenic can result in Thyroglossal fistula with multiple tracts.
