PRE-APPLICATION REVIEW – (Advisory Recommendation to the Planning Board) North Village Condominiums, proposed construction of 12 market rate residential units (two – six unit buildings) and a request to utilize off-site units to comply with the minimum 25% affordable component, AP 23-2, Lot 6, located at 58 Fortin Road, (parcel contains 12 existing units in three buildings), Fortin Place LLC, owner/applicant 5. PRE-APPLICATION REVIEW – (Advisory Recommendation to the Planning Board) South County Post & Beam, proposed 13 lot subdivision, ten market rate units and three affordable units (on-site), street creation, AP 57-1, Lots 121, 122 and 146, located on the west side of Oak Street approximately 575 feet north of Main Street, South County Post & Beam, applicant, Shirley Southwick, owner 6. Discussion/Review of February 9, 2015 Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Section 502.6 “Inclusionary Zoning” addressing State Enabling Statute Changes regarding inclusionary units, deed restriction requirements and allowances for the payment of fees in lieu of the production of affordable housing units 7.
