Abstract
™ HIV-1 Genotyping System, Version 2, we analyzed well-characterized HIV standards from the Walter Reed subtype panel representing 30 HIV-1 group M isolates (subtypes A through G) for presence of drug-resistance mutations (as defined by the Los Alamos data- base 1 ). We performed additional analysis to determine the level of sensitivity of subtype detection by dilution series.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
