This bachelor thesis is attended to Analysis of Employees' Acquisition, Selection and Recruitment in the Company ON SEMICONDUCTOR CZECH REPUBLIC, Ltd., legal successor. . The theoretical part of the thesis is to describe a system of Employees' Acquisition, Selection and Recruitment according to literature sources and then determine the theoretical basis for the practical part. The aim of the practical part is an analysis of the current system of recruitment in the Company ON SEMICONDUCTOR CZECH REPUBLIC, Ltd., legal successor. legal successor and then evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the system.
