Abstract

The effect of Zn,Mn and B on mycelium growth of Cantharelles cibarius was studied to probe key factors regulating mycelium growth of Cantharelles cibarius. The results showed that MnSO4 and ZnSO4 could obviously promote mycelium growth of Cantharelles cibarius, the mycelium dry weight, germination rate and vigor index of 0.05% MnSO4 treatment was 16.2mg、17% and 0.96,significantly higher than CK respectively(P0.01),the mycelium dry weight, germination rate and vigor index of 0.07% ZnSO4 treatment was 18.2mg、22% and 1.27,significantly higher than CK respectively(P0.01),B had no obvious effect on mycelium growth of Cantharelles cibarius and high B concentration could inhibit mycelium growth of Cantharelles cibarius.
