Abstract
MIS flexibility is more and more important. We analyze flexible business process units, study the substance of axiomatic design. Axiomatic design can meet 6 criteria which flexible process units partition should follow. Creatively we propose the method to construct flexible MIS based on axiomatic design. Finally we cite an example of the flexible social insurance MIS to validate this method.
