Leading with love in a fear‐based world

Abstract

Abstract The question John Hope Bryant asks is if there can really be a place for something “as warm and fuzzy as love in the hard‐nosed, eat‐nails‐for breakfast, fear‐based world of business.” He argues that love not only has a place in business but also is absolutely central to sustainable success. Love leadership is a way of thinking and acting that acknowledges your selfish longings for success, yet also taps the hidden strength inherent in your personal insecurities and limitations. This article explains the five basic laws of leadership based on love.
