Abstract
In mobile radio communication system, it is one of the most significant problems to use radio frequency spectrum as efficiency as possible, because radio frequency spectrum is finite. Therefore, this paper classifies a variety of techniques for increasing frequency spectrum utilization. Next, it is clarified that our proposed " new channel assignment algorithm " is more efficient than other algorithm through simulasion analysis.
