Abstract
Abstract Gene therapy is a simple and attractive process which consists of the introduction of one or more functional genes in a human or non‐human receptor. Most recombinant viral vectors used in gene therapy clinical trials belong to adenovirus, retrovirus/lentivirus, pox/vaccinia virus, and adeno‐associated virus. This article focuses on adenovirus vector for gene therapy.
