Abstract
Abstract Erstmals wurde (Diphenylarsino)methyliodid (3) synthetisiert (76%). (Diphenylarsino)methyllithium (2), eine bei 20°C stabile Verbindung, wurde durch Umsetzung von 3 mit Butyl‐oder Phenyllithium (≈ 100%) sowie durch Organoelement‐Lithium‐Austausch mit Butyllithium aus Diphenyl[(tributylstannyl)methyl]arsan (4d) gewonnen (92%). 2 aus 4d liefert bei der Umsetzung mit Alkylhalogeniden weit bessere Ausbeuten an (Diphenylarsino)alkanen als 2, aus 3, während bei Umsetzungen mit Aldehyden und Ketonen die Art der Herstellung von 2 keine Rolle spielt.
