Abstract

The paper presents the results of the analysis of harmonic parameters in the high voltage network that were measured at four railway substations. The substations are distributed evenly throughout the network. Traction load of the substations is nonlinear, unbalanced and stochastic. The 3-rd and 5-th harmonics are dominant in the current of the traction load. The author shows some specific features of the parameters of 3-rd and 5-th harmonics.
