Abstract

According to the problems of existing live media streaming system, a P2P-based live media streaming system is brought forward, each peer in the system is not only consumer of live streaming service, but also provider of live streaming service. It overcomes the server bottleneck of current existing systems when the user scale is large, and has the characteristic of low requirement of network bandwidth and server processing ability, easy deployment and high scalability.
