Abstract
A digital method for the automatic tuning of MOSFET-C filters is proposed. The method has been applied to an active-RC filter where resistors have been replaced by digitally programmable current dividers. The tuning approach uses the traditional master-slave technique and has been applied to a lowpass filter whose specified cutoff frequency is 78 kHz. The cutoff frequency of the slave filter has been kept around /spl plusmn/5% of its nominal value.
