Abstract
The simplified method of estimation of fission products release from fuel and its accumulation in gas gaps of fuel elements of PWR reactors has been presented. This method can be used for chosen group of fission products for the steady state operation of a nuclear reactor. The accuracy of the proposed, method is comparable with that of more complex models.
