Abstract
The procedure for endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)‐guided cystodrainage of pancreatic pseudocysts has been established but, at times, we encounter difficult cases because of infected pseudocysts. We report successful simultaneous internal and external drainage performed in three patients with severely infectious pancreatic pseudocysts.
