Abstract

One new genus and three new species of trombidiid mites with larvae ectoparasitic on wheat aphids are described from Iran. Monotrombium simplicium Zhang gen, et sp. n. is placed in the subfamily Allothrombiinae. Larvae of two new species, Allorthrombium triticium Zhang sp. n. and Allothrombium mossi Zhang sp. n. are described. A key to genera of larval Trombidiidae and a key to larval species of Allothrombium are presented.
