Abstract
A particle swarm optimization approach with the characteristic of logical time-order for procedure parameters optimization of semiconductor assembly product line is proposed in this paper. The actual semiconductor assembly product line is modeled, and in allusion to such a kind of typical procedure parameters optimization as process time assignment to different products on each machine, the logical time-order particle swarm optimization strategy with the evaluation index of average profit in unit time and equilibrium degree of machine is put forward and simulated
