Abstract
Given the limitations of perspective about the current virtual enterprise, this paper defined the concept of virtual enterprises from the perspective of core function enterprise, that virtual enterprises are enterprises alliance that one or more core function enterprise combine with complementary core function enterprises in response to market opportunities (MO), then this proposed the concept of virtual organization of enterprise and elaborated its characteristics in detail. Based on this, an operation model of virtual organization of enterprise that constituted of four core elements including market opportunity / market demand, core function enterprise, complementary core function enterprise and virtual enterprises is constructed, and then the five key operational processes are analyzed emphatically.
