Abstract
This article addresses the concerns of hospitality educators who want to become more active in grant writing and research, discovering and focusing interests, identifying resources and writing proposals. Also included are results from a suruey of four-year hospitality education program administrators regarding the status of faculty grant writing efforts and suggestions for further development.
