Abstract The structure of a new bufadienolide glycoside, cinobufagin 3‐O‐β‐D‐glucoside, was determined by extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques (1H, 13C, DEPT, COSY, HSQC, g‐HMBC and NOESY). The complete assignments of the 13C and 1H spectral data were also carried out. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
