Abstract
A method is described for screening of the cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine in urine at 0.2 μ/ml using a Cyclobond cyclodex−trin solid phase extraction cartridge and high performance thin layer chromatography. Results are compared with those obtained using liquid-liquid and diatomaceous earth column extraction and C-18 solid phase extraction.
