Abstract
Abstract Tritium‐labelled lipid preparations are obtained by heterogeneous isotopic exchange with gaseous tritium in solution. After appropriate purification, the localization of the label was determined in the main fragments of [3H]‐compounds. The obtained data on specific radioactivity and the pattern of label localization allow an insight into processes taking place on labelling under particular experimental conditions.
